Kinzua Bridge

Description
Once the tallest railroad bridge in the world, the Kinzua Bridge was constructed of iron in 1882. It was later reconstructed in 1900 with steel so heavier trains could cross. As restoration work was being done on the bridge in 2003, it was struck by a tornado and partially collapsed. The bridge is now part of Kinzua Bridge State Park in Mt. Jewett, PA where visitors can walk a portion of the bridge that still stands or hike among the fallen structure in the valley below. All prints arrive unsigned.
